Austria man rapes daughter in a secret cellar for 24 years

73 year old man is now under arrest for sexually abusing his 42 year old daughter for 24 years in a secret cellar. The man, Josef F fathered seven (7) children with his daughter Elisabeth F, before police caught up with him. The people of Austria wonder how this went on for so long undetected.
