Problem solving Activity
ProjectPINC seeks to use the power of the active group to create solutions to problems that would otherwise prove insurmountable. Combing the collective skill of experienced movers and shakers in respective fields with an appropriate problem area and dedicated work force is the overall goal of ProjectPINC and we do this though five simple steps.
Information Collection
Information is the key; raw data is collected from people and sites, groups and organizations, and systems around the world. For this purpose we have set up the ProjectPINC information Hub. Users of the ProjectPINC website can send information directly to the ProjectPINC headquarters from there.
Information Analysis
With all the information the Project PINC information hub collects the Project Analysis team can now get a bird’s eye view of the major needs and the problem areas that need attention. This needs assessment report is generated and clustered into ProjectPINCs.
Dissemination of Information
The ProjectPINCs are then transformed into Workforce assembly sheets and it is here that the magic o ProjectPINC begins. Skilled worker from around the world can then choose which project best suits there skills and location.
