Is Cannabis too dangerous to remain class C?

The home secretary said she wanted to reverse Tony Blair’s 2004 downgrading of the drug because of “uncertainty” over its impact on mental health.

 

Even though reports find little or no, causal link between psychotic illness, including schizophrenia, and cannabis use and the Council chairman Sir Michael Rawlings saying that the strength of things like skunk hasn’t really changed very much since the downgrade in 2004

    England needs freedom and education on this matter.
    Cannabis should be kept at class C.

    What was the point in funding research when you are not going to use it.
    Jacqui Smiths’ and Labours’ judgement is flawed.

    Labour just killed freedom.

    This move could backfire in 2009 where many votes may be lost.

    [Drink Me] makes a valid point, if the UK Gov. wants to err on the side of caution, they would still err.

    People take they’re rights to freedom quite seriously, last time I checked and the UK Gov. is doing alot to step on those rights.
